Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be original, unpublished work. English is the official language of the conference.

Submission Types

Full Paper

  • • Minimum 5 full pages (including figures, tables and references)
  • • Regular registration covers up to 6 pages
  • • Additional pages: $80 USD per page
  • • Accepted papers will be published in ICMLAA conference proceedings
  • • Eligible for Ei Compendex and Scopus indexing
  • • Selected high-quality papers will be invited for journal special issue publication

Abstract Only

  • • 300-500 words summary of your research work
  • • No full paper publication requirement
  • • Accepted for oral presentation or poster presentation only
  • • Ideal for sharing preliminary and innovative research results
  • • Cost-effective registration fee
  • • Full access to all ICMLAA conference sessions and networking activities

Paper Formatting

All submissions must strictly follow the official ICMLAA conference paper format. Please download the standard templates below:

Review Process

  1. Initial Screening: All submissions undergo plagiarism detection and standard format verification
  2. Double-Blind Peer Review: Each valid paper is reviewed by 2-3 professional program committee members in related machine learning and artificial intelligence fields
  3. Evaluation Criteria: Originality, technical innovation, research significance, conference topic relevance, and presentation clarity
  4. Decision Notification: Review results will be sent to corresponding authors via email within 3-5 weeks after the submission deadline
  5. Camera-Ready Submission: Authors of accepted papers must submit the final revised camera-ready version before the official deadline

Academic Ethics

ICMLAA 2027 strictly adheres to international academic integrity standards. Any academic misconduct will result in severe penalties:

  • • Submitted works must be original and not under review or published elsewhere
  • • Multiple or simultaneous submissions to other conferences or journals are prohibited
  • • All forms of plagiarism, falsification and data fabrication are strictly forbidden
  • • All listed authors should make substantial contributions to the research work

Consequences of Misconduct: Immediate paper rejection, official report to the authors’ affiliated institutions, and permanent submission ban from future ICMLAA conferences. No registration fee refund will be issued for misconduct-related paper withdrawals.

Pre-Submission Checklist

  • ☐ Research topic matches the scope of ICMLAA
  • ☐ Manuscript follows the official ICMLAA template strictly
  • ☐ No spelling, grammar or punctuation errors
  • ☐ All figures, tables and formulas are correctly labeled
  • ☐ References are complete, standardized and accurate
  • ☐ All authors have approved the final submission
  • ☐ No potential conflicts of interest exist
