Important Notes

1. One paid author registration entitles access to one copy of ICMLAA conference proceedings regardless of additional accepted papers from the same author.

2. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete formal registration to secure publication in ICMLAA proceedings.

3. Remaining co-authors or accompanying guests may register as regular delegates for conference attendance.

4. Optional one-day local tour is available for all registered participants at extra cost.

5. Student discounted rate applies exclusively when the first listed author holds valid student status.

6. All participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings during ICMLAA conference activities.

7. To obtain official registration form, please contact ICMLAA secretariat via contact_icmlaa@yeah.net.

8. Valid IEEE membership certificate must be provided to enjoy IEEE member discounted price during registration.

Refund Policy

Registered fees are non-refundable for absentees; however, participant substitution is permitted throughout ICMLAA 2027.

• 90 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 60–90 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
• 30–60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

No-Show Regulation

Registered fees cannot be refunded for no-show authors, while participant replacement is acceptable.

In the event of author no-show without prior formal withdrawal, full registration payment shall be retained by ICMLAA organizing committee in full.

Accommodation

Conference accommodation is not covered within ICMLAA registration fee; all attendees shall reserve hotel rooms independently, and early reservation is strongly recommended.
